At OptiVolt, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please read our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

How to Cancel

To cancel your order:

Contact our support team with your order details

Request cancellation via email or customer support

Refund on Cancellation

If your order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are usually processed within 10-15 business days

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled in the following cases:

The order has already been shipped

The product is out for delivery

Incorrect or incomplete cancellation request

Important Notes

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation must be done before dispatch

Repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions on future orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen reasons (stock issues, payment issues, etc..)
